As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with additional training in Hormone Health, I’m able to weave together modern integrative principles with the ancestral wisdom I grew up with — simple, nourishing practices rooted in food, rest, and ritual.
From sipping golden milk before bed to learning how certain herbs and spices can comfort and restore, I’ve always believed that nourishment goes far beyond what’s on the plate.
Like many of us, my path hasn’t been linear — I’ve experienced burnout, hormonal imbalances, and seasons where I lost touch with what made me feel well. But each chapter brought me back to a gentler, more sustainable way of living — one that I now share with others.
It’s a continuous journey and I am always learning how to make things better as I evolve. I believe with my experience I can help you find your way back to a healthy lifestyle.
