My journey to empowering women
I grew up eating a teaspoonful of jaggery with a pinch of fennel, when I had a runny nose or a teaspoonful of honey dotted with crushed nigella seeds to ward off congestion, these are a few of the ways ‘medicine’ was incorporated into my life as a child. At that time, I didn’t know I was living a Holistic lifestyle as it was my norm.
I did, however, veer off this path in my early adult life resulting in my body developing medical issues, such as thyroid and hormonal issues. I have since jumped back on track and continue to find ways to tackle the situation and keep my body stable.
It’s a continuous journey and I am always learning how to make things even better. I believe with my Life experience and training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I can help you find your way back to a healthy lifestyle.
I really look forward to guiding you on your journey.
